Contact List Needed for Agencies in the State of Nebraska that have Crisis Negotiators

The Nebraska Association of Crisis Negotiators has asked the Omaha Police Department to compile a contact list for all agencies in the state of Nebraska that have crisis negotiators so that they can send out state wide communications and training announcements.
