Scotia Police Chief Vacancy
The Village of Scotia, Nebraska is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Chief. The position is for approximately fifty hours a month, pay of thirty dollars per hour, patrol unit provided. Applicants must be 21 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be of good moral character, have no felony or serious misdemeanor convictions and be a United States citizen. Grand Island’s New Police Chief
The Grand Island, Nebraska, City Council has approved the hiring of Kevin Denney as its new police chief. Chief Denney was previously the chief in Jarrell, Texas and replaces longtime Grand Island police department officer, supervisor and chief, Robert Falldorf.
